The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is offering a special rate
to Third Coast Conference Attendees through an online registration. You can also call the hotel at (888) 421-1442 to reserve. Just make sure to ask for the "Third Coast Festival rate" to receive the discount. This special rate (plus tax) is only available through October 27, so book soon!

The majority of Conference activities (sessions, meals, the awards ceremony) will all take place at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, with just a few special events happening within walking distance.
When making your travel plans, keep this schedule in mind: we'll begin Thursday, November 9th at 1pm with Pre-Conference activities, and the Conference officially starts Thursday at 5pm. The Conference wraps up with the Third Coast Awards Ceremony, beginning Saturday, November 11th at 8pm.
